Dance against Domestic Violence

(The Dance against Domestic Violence is an epic 3 hour dance-a-thon event, that is going to get you moving to some amazing music, with the help of 4 amazing instructors, and a live DJ!
Sarah Ford Fitness is hosting this one night extravaganza in order to raise money for the Sarah Ford Foundation, and this means that one word is going to be the key theme here – FUN!

Club Fiesta and Zumba will bring the hottest dance trends to the floor for all abilities!

Need a break during the 3 hours – no worries! We will have refreshments available. Jump back in when you are ready to get grooving! There is no fitness level required and there will be plenty of options. You just do what you can and enjoy doing it! The dress code is bright, sparkly, basically anything goes! Please just ensure that you wear comfortable enclosed shoes. Unlike other night clubs, we do require that you please bring a towel and some water for yours and others comfort and hygiene.

There will be prizes to be won on the night – some of which we will announce as the weeks countdown!

Tiffany Victor, Salon Director and Master Stylist of EvoHead Salon in Byford, is kindly sponsoring our event! Tiffany and her EvoHead crew will have a stall there on the night collecting for Share the Dignity - a charity working very hard to end period poverty for women. A list will be available shortly of items that you can donate, that will help women in need.
