Dance Alchemy is a unique somatic movement modality that helps you express your truth, and heal through movement. Dance has been a universal language across cultures for centuries—a powerful way to connect beyond words, transcend language barriers, express deep emotions, and celebrate life’s milestones, from births and weddings to harvests and even farewells.

Come move your body from the inside out, play, celebrate, and feel fully alive in a supportive, welcoming community!

The Alchemy happens naturally when we allow all parts of us feel into our experience and alchemize pain, tension, stress, anxiety into love, gratitude, compassion, and acceptance.

Register online to reserve your spot - this class is Donation Based. You can choose an amount now or at the time of the class (cash). Don't let cost keep you from showing up! I want to dance with you!
