Join us for an uplifting evening of embodied movement and nourishing connection.
Our freeform movement journey will inspire you to move through distinct energetic states, each represented by a different focus of movement. It's not about learning steps, but it is about tuning into your body, expressing what's present and allowing movement to emerge naturally. Each phase invites you to explore a different rhythm or feeling. This style of dance is inclusive, non-judgmental and deeply personal. There's no choreography, no pressure to perform, just an invitation to show up as you are and move from the inside out. We will provide you with guidelines and ideas to navigate each sequence of dance, although there is no right or wrong way. This is YOUR dance.
After we dance, we'll gather together to dine on a vibrant plant-based Mexican feast lovingly prepared to nourish your body and soul. Expect colourful, flavourful dishes that celebrate the abundance of whole foods. During the meal, we will briefly discuss the benefits of whole foods and their impact on your body. We can offer simple, practical insights into a health-supportive lifestyle.
