We'll be dancing to some epic Afro Latin tunes, while we laugh, play and connect with others! If you're shy or have two left feet, this is the perfect place for you! No judgement, No mirrors, No fk's given! lets move express and release that Stagnant energy that needs to go! Come get Sober High with us!

We take time to Slooww down, connect and ground ourselves! The Intention is to create a safe space while we guide you through a Meditation Journey with Crystal Sound bowls, creating Healing Frequencies and Vibrations that will help you relax and connect with your Inner world!

DANCE: TUESDAY 6:00PM - Bring Water and be ready to Sweat!

MEDITATION: THURSDAY 6:00PM - Bring Water, Yoga Mat ( If you want to get super Comfy, bring Pillow and Blanket)
