Its time to get back in to the Groove of things!

MOVE PLAY RELEASE is starting the year by bringing Meditation Sound Journey! to your local area!

Life Work Family can get busy creating stress anxiety and leaving us with the feeling that we have no time for ourselves! This is something that most of us are dealing with in a System that requires so much from us!

Our Intention is to create a safe space while we guide you through a Meditation Journey with Crystal Sound bowls, creating Healing Frequencies and Vibrations that will help you relax and connect with your Inner world! We take time to Slooww down, connect and ground ourselves! 

A beautiful experience where you can just BE!

Join us every THURSDAY @ 6:00PM

Bring Water, Yoga Mat (and If you want to get super Comfy, bring Pillow and Blanket)
