Life Work Family can get busy creating stress anxiety and leaving us with the feeling that we have no time for ourselves! This is something that most of us are dealing with in a System that requires so much from us!
Our Intention is to create a safe space while we guide you through a Meditation Journey with Crystal Sound bowls, creating Healing Frequencies and Vibrations that will help you relax and connect with your Inner world! We take time to Slooww down, connect and ground ourselves!
