45 minute session includes about 35 mins of guided somatic dance practice based in Body-Mind Centering® and BodyMind Dancing™. Explore weight, space, rhythm, fluidity, balance, pathways of connection, embodied anatomy... each class is different and you are always encouraged to move at your own pace and follow your own interests.

After dancing there's about 10 minutes for writing with (optional) prompts to get you started.

Recording link is available to anyone who books in, yours for at least one year.
