LUA NOVA | Dance, Release & Connect 🌿

An afternoon amongst the trees to move, dance, play, connect and let go.

Lua Nova is a 3-hour guided dance and embodied movement experience for women. A space to get out of your head and back into your body.

We’ll explore different music, guided movement, playful prompts and props, share cacao together and give ourselves permission to move freely without worrying about what it looks like.

No choreography, no expectations and absolutely no dance experience needed.

As a professional photographer with over 10 years of experience photographing women, I also love capturing the beauty of women when they're completely themselves.

Your ticket includes 5 professionally edited photographs from the experience.

Come alone or bring a friend. It's a beautiful opportunity to let go, reconnect with yourself and meet other local women. 🤎

Wear something comfortable to move in, bring water and come exactly as you are.

No dance experience needed. Just a willingness to move.
