ADULT Mornings

Monday Yoga 9.30-10.30am goes till the end of term - 16/9

This Yoga class with Emma Polette is a Gentle vinyasa flow suitable for all experience levels including absolute beginners. This class, focused on the breath, will take you through a gentle stretch for the whole body.
Your teacher, will offer guidance and adaptions for all levels so that even beginners can feel confident to try yoga for the first time.

ADULT evenings

Tuesday Contemporary 6.30-7.30pm 4 weeks 27/8 - 17/9

Wednesday night classes 3 weeks 4/9 - 18/9

Wednesday Beginner Ballet 6.30 - 7.30
Wednesday Jazz Groove 7.30 - 8.30
