Term 4 5 week Courses 

ADULT

  • Monday Yoga 9.30-10.30am 21/10 - 18/11

This Yoga class with Emma Polette is a Gentle vinyasa flow suitable for all experience levels including absolute beginners. This class, focused on the breath, will take you through a gentle stretch for the whole body. 
Your teacher, will offer guidance and adaptions for all levels so that even beginners can feel confident to try yoga for the first time.
