Come join Niki and add some flavor to your dance, understand your body movements and gain confidence in evolving your style.

== Sat 19th June ==
*All workshops are design for 'Beginners' to improve their skill set and
also for 'Improves' to polish their styling. Important: they are NOT
suitable for absolute beginners.

10.45am-12pm / Workshop #1
- Body movement and isolation
True dancing comes through expression, and expression is fully possible only
when the body becomes your instrument to play with. This workshop will
deal exactly with that – with our body as our instrument for dancing.

1.30pm-2.30pm / Workshop #2
- Dance Choreography
You will learn how to combine all of your new steps together in a choreography with feminine confidence and attitude!

2.45pm-3.45pm / Workshop #3
- Lady style applied to partner work
We will be using some of the techniques, movements and new skills to have a
fantastic dance with our partner and feel like a real 'Cuban couple' on
the dance floor.

8.30pm - KizSonBame - Social Dance Night @ Miki D's Gym. $5 entry.

== About instructor==
Niki has been dancing since a little girl, from traditional Greek dance to
ballet, but fell in love with salsa after hearing it for the first time
and there was no turning back!

Shes been dancing salsa for more than 15 years, with one of the highlights
being competing at the World Salsa championships in Orlando Florida with
Kiwi Salsa.

After visits to Cuba on a number of occasions to learn and immerse herself in
the culture, music and beauty of this dance, Niki came back and started
teaching and performing (with a small break in between to welcome two
little boys into the world ) she then came back and joined the
CUBAN*FUSION team.

Niki has a passion for Cuban Salsa and enjoys
seeing others being able to enjoy, learn and grow into their own
expression of Salsa.
