A 2-HOUR DANCE WORKSHOP

This is a co-creation by Bonnie Heather and Nathalie Paul

This workshop will leave you feeling open, cleansed, energised, connected to your inner child and radiating love from your heart space

No level of dance is required

WHAT TO EXPECT:

FIRST PART (facilitated by BONNIE)

- Blue Lotus tea ceremony and connection circle. Blue Lotus is a sacred Egyptian flower used in many ceremonies of the ancient Egyptians. It gives feelings of high energy, mood lifting euphoria and connection to higher self.

- Chakradance warm-up and activation

- Connect deeper with eye gazing and movement

- Learn a movement meditation to help reconnect with your inner child and to open our heart spaces to love

SECOND PART (facilitated by NATHALIE and BONNIE)

- A full hour of Ecstatic Dance based on the theme of Inner Child Connection, by Nathalie Paul

- Sound healing and meditation, with light language channeling - light language is channeled dynamic frequency encodings of sound and light, from high vibrational beings in other dimensions (BONNIE)

GUIDELINES:

- Wear comfortable clothes that make you feel good

- Bring your water bottle and a small towel

- Give a little rest to your phone (on silent mode, in your bag)

- Please leave all conversations for before and after dance

- Come in a sober state with an intention of experiencing the natural ecstasy

ALSO

- Make sure you have your Dr's clearance and listen to you body. This 'dance' can be experienced with very little movement or even in stillness if this is what you need.

THE FACILITATORS

Bonnie Heather

Bonnie is a 30 year old dance facilitator and energy worker from Sydney. She has created a workshop called ‘Deepen Your Dance Movement and Meditation’ which she enjoys sharing with people in the community. She has held space for this workshop at a variety of festivals including Happy Days, Rabbits Eat Lettuce, Esoteric & Burning Seed. Bonnie has been a dance teacher for 8 years and has created a space which allows people to express themselves through movement and bring meaning to their dance.

Bonnie facilitates these workshops at a variety of venues and events outside of festivals including Sydney vegan markets, studio blueprint, align your soul - spiritual and wellbeing centre and a more personal setting in outdoor parks. She has been practicing energy healing and channeling light language for 8 months at her studio for people of all ages. Bonnie believes that there is more to dance than people realise. Meaningful movement can heal and reconnect you to your higher self as well as align you to your highest vibration.

Nathalie Paul / Ecstatic Evolution

Ecstatic Dance Facilitator Nathalie invites you to lose yourself through dance. The natural ecstasy you get can be a doorway to accessing your inner power. Ecstatic Evolution is about freeing the Self, creating meaningful connections, accepting every part of our human experience and opening a path towards empowerment and inner peace.

With Ecstatic Evolution, Nathalie shares her passion for ecstatic dance, along with energy work and unconditional-love healing practices. Nathalie encourages us to show up authentically, grow and make the most of this lifetime at every moment. We are invited to realise there is nothing broken within ourselves. Our biggest challenges are meant to be felt and expressed in some ways, as much as our most joyful experiences.
