Join us for an evening of ecstatic bliss as we dance to unwind the body (free form), sit together to share a delicious vegetarian meal, and deepen into a peaceful sound meditation with Tibetan bowls.

What a perfect way to celebrate with friends, shake up any stagnant energy and push the reset button during this cool winter night. The journey will begin with guided breath work, to ground and anchor your awareness in the physical plane, whilst starting to let go of the outside world. Ecstatic dance is a freestyle dance party (no alcohol) for anyone, there are no skills or techniques, but rather a time to explore being in your body and letting your intelligence and breath guide you, as we groove to a dynamic playlist (great exercise and a whole lot of fun).

The middle part of the evening will be sharing a vegetarian meal, as we get to sit, share and chat together. Then you will be guided into a blissful meditation, listening to the healing frequencies of Tibetan bowls, allowing these cosmic vibrations to deeply relax your nervous system.
