Come move your body in a guided 90min embodied dance medicine experience.
Natasha Mason will curate your music journey so you can let go and explore the space with your own unique dance.
There are no set moves, there is no right or wrong, simply a space to move and be free as you explore your physical, emotional and energetic body.
Being guided through the journey with music and words we can transform and transmute the deep layers that we store in our bodies - some describe the free movement dance like a moving meditation.

What is Embodied Ecstatic Dance Medicine?
A free-form dance, where you are lightly guided through a theme to connect into your deepest self and let go of any inhibitions. Held in a safe, sacred container in a non-judgmental space. This is an experience where you are encouraged to listen into your body. There is no right or wrong, just you moving and grooving to the beat of your own drum.
About Natasha - I am a trained embodied ecstatic dance facilitator, embodied flow yoga teacher. I love creating and holding sacred space and creating ritual magic to guide the dance.
