As part of Women’s Health Week, we’d love to invite you to our energising Dance Fit class!  A dynamic session that blends rhythmic dance movements with cardio, flexibility, and strength training. Designed to improve endurance, coordination, and overall fitness, this full-body workout takes place in a safe, supportive, and motivating environment.

Whether you’re brand new to fitness or looking to enhance your current routine, Dance Fit is a fun and effective way to boost your health and wellbeing. With the power of music and movement, you’ll leave feeling energised, confident, and connected.

This class is free for women during Women’s Health Week. You just need to bring yourself and a positive attitude! Before joining the class, we ask that you please fill out our quick Pre-exercise form
