The studio goes dark, music turns up and you’re in for 45 minutes of dance fitness to your favorite pop, rnb, hip hop and house hits. Our workouts combine cardio with beginner-friendly dance moves to get you sweating to the beat. Our space is judgement free and inclusive, and always focused on fun!

We dance at Alma Studios in Surry Hills. We are upstairs in Studio 2, first door on the right!

CLASS INFO

Class starts at 6 pm, please arrive 5-10 minutes before class start. Class ends at 7pm
Bring a water bottle and your ticket to present at the beginning of class
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. You are free to dress up, just please wear sneakers or similar shoes
Let the instructor know of any injuries past or present
