Leave your stress at the door and come move, laugh and let go.  

This is a fun, feel-good experience designed to lift your energy and bring people together.

We’ll start the night with a short, simple meditation to help you land in the moment, then flow into the music. It will transition into uplifting dance music under low lights. The beats will be perfect for shaking off stress and having some fun moving your body. 

Craving a boost?

We’ll have cacao available for $8 a cup — a natural mood-lifter that gives you an energy kick and satisfies your chocolate cravings without the crash. It’s a warm, heart-opening drink that’s loved for its feel-good vibes.
