Step into a sacred container of movement, connection, and expression.

We begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony and gentle guided meditation to ground, centre and connect with your inner self. From there, we flow into a free-form ecstatic dance journey—a chance to release, recalibrate, and realign through movement.

No choreography. No expectations. Just your body and the beat.

Think: low lights, disco balls, high vibes and a soul-shifting playlist of D&B, house & pystrance music. 

This is more than a dance floor—it's a portal for healing & self expression.

Shake off the week. Move through emotion. Come home to yourself.
