DANCE FOR WELLBEING IN YASS
Thursday’s, 30 March - 15 Jun, 2:30pm - 3:30pm
SUITABLE FOR: Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Anyone who wants to dance, snd more specifically: people with Parkinson’s, chronic pain, arthritis, repetitive strain injury, chronic fatigue, multiple sclerosis, neurological conditions and other physical complaints, their carers, partners and friends. Â
No previous dance experience is necessary, but be ready to move!

ABOUT THE CLASS:
An uplifting seated, supported and standing 1 hour dance and movement class. Promotes health and wellbeing by encouraging movement to optimise mobility, physical and mental wellbeing. Regular movement and music can lift your spirits no matter your experience, mobility, or age!Â
Dancing together brings social connection, joy and creativity
WHAT TO WEAR:
Loose comfortable clothing, layers for when we get a bit warm, supportive shoes if you prefer to keep them on, and if you want to take your shoes off, make sure they are easy to get back on.Â
WHAT TO BRING:
> a bottle of water
> any medication you may need to take during our dancing time
