This collaboration with Dance Haven, Sofee D, low tox and aromatherapy educator and Naila Hair and beauty studio based on the North Shore, brings you a day full of nourishment, gentle fitness and emotional wellness. We bring you a dance session and body harmony yoga, aromatherapy and relaxation, delicious healthy food and a full afternoon of pampering treatments. (including mani, pedi, facial and hair treatment leaving you rested and glamorous!) 

In this delightful and restful location, you will be cared for and refreshed, without having to jump on a plane to Bali!! 

Our offering includes a donation to women's refuge which is being fund matched by a generous donor, plus the invitation to create a thoughtful pamper pack for a woman in need. Let's give back to others while we nurture our wellbeing in this full day of holistic wellness!
