Dance into the Weekend
Description
Dance Into The Weekend is 50 minutes of free form dance, inspired by a weekly session held in a very special Copenhagen community centre, where you are guided to connect with your body, tune into the music and perhaps be gently challenged to move in a different way. You get to be yourself in the middle of a group of people who are also being themselves. The experience is unique.
No experience is required, just the desire to dance and break a little sweat while respecting everyone's personal space.
There are no steps to learn - to get right or wrong. We dance to all kinds of music from the last 50 years —calm, frenetic, newer and older.
Come and dance as you are. Solo dancers as well as pairs and groups are all welcome.
