When we dance, we awaken something deep within—our primal essence, our wild freedom, our soul’s expression. Dance is medicine. It moves through us, shaking loose what is stuck, bringing us back home to our bodies, our hearts, and our truth.

Through rhythm and movement, we let go of the thinking mind and surrender to the wisdom of the body. We sweat, we breathe, we release, we pray.

This is a space to move freely, feel deeply, and reconnect with yourself—a space where there are no steps to follow, only the rhythm of your own soul calling you home. Whether you come to shake off stress, open your heart, or simply lose yourself in the beat, this is a night of pure embodiment.

Somatic dance is a dance journey of free-flow and facilitated movement by the rhythm of music and voices

We tune into the body and we start to become aware and connect with the sensations

It is an invitation to cultivate inner exploration to go beneath the layers of the mind we release any right or wrong way to dance. This is the creation of your own movement

This is a space to be explored & shared with your friends and also new souls that you don’t know yet!

Connect with others humans while dancing is a real fun way to communicate...

The recipe is simple: No booze, no shoes, great music, and an epic tribe come together to dance. Don't worry about steps or form or how you look, it's not that kind of dance.

About Ceri (Soularliving)

A somatic practitioner, eco-somatic yoga teacher, and embodied ecstatic dance facilitator. She has held many classes, retreats, and workshops in new Zealand and overseas. Leading over 2000+ hours of classes and workshops, and 1000+ hours of training. She has a gift of bringing people into connection with themselves, each other and the earth. Ceri creates safe, grounded, inclusive, and deep spaces.
