Meet the Parents.
We're a team of artists who met at NYU Tisch Drama as peers who felt empowered to craft narratives on our own terms. We are passionate about creating a network that can support and foster new talent.
"Somewhere in America, an army of pre-teen competitive dancers plot to take over the world. And if their new routine is good enough, they'll claw their way to the top at Nationals in Tampa Bay. A play about ambition, growing up, and how to find our souls in the heat of it all."
We decided to produce Dance Nation by Clare Barron because it cuts to the core of our experience. One that celebrates exceptionalism only insofar as it remains unthreatening...
But what happens when this choreography is challenged?
We're thrilled to partner with Royal Family Productions, a historic Off-Broadway site. It's an honor to produce our show in a hub of rich theatrical tradition.
