Dance Nyx Open Level Term 1 2024

Hi and welcome to Dance Nyx,

Dance Nyx 'Open Level' is an beginner-intermediate level dance class that involves a cardio warm up, tone and stretch session and the learning of Commercial/Pop style choreography over the 8 week term.  

It will culminate with a video or live in studio performance for family and friends.

Dance Nyx is an inclusive and trauma aware dance class that provides options for movement choice and participation to increase choice and enjoyment in our bodies. 

*Sneakers, clothes you can move in, a water bottle and a yoga mat for stretching recommended.
