Dance Nyx Intermediate Term 2!
A Nine week term:
April 29th till June 24th 7.30-8.30 pm (NOTE: we do run a class on the King's birthday weekend)
An Open level (beginner friendly) pop/commercial dance class.
We start with a cardio aerobics warm up, stretch and tone and then learn a dance over the nine weeks, culminating in a public showing and video outcome of the dance.
Dance Nyx runs inclusive, supportive and trauma informed dance classes with an emphasis on fun and creative expression.
