You don’t need to be able to “dance” to do the DANCE OF LIFE. Life is a dance, so by consciously dancing in trance like meditation, we are going deep, into deep communion with self and into deep release and rebirth and into peace and joy.

Dance of Life is a transformational movement JOURNEY to music through several different energies for our body to interpret and express. It’s cathartic. It’s healing. It’s connecting to your body, to your self and sharing the journey with others in your own special space.
