Dance Remedy x Fitzroy - July '24

Dance Remedy is a guided dance class led by Zoee Marsh. A safe space to get out of your head and into your body. 

No dance routine to remember, no mirrors - just concepts and tasks that help you get into your body and find your groove whilst listening to a beautifully curated playlist. A wonderful 60min to shake off your worries and dance with yourself and like minded people.  

Zoee Marsh is a Choreographer, Movement Coach and Yoga Teacher who thrives on nothing more than connecting with her body through movement. Her professional experience spans over 15 years and she is honoured to be able to share her passion of dance and movement.
