We know times are a bit stretchy at the moment but we want to make sure this medicine is accessible to everyone who needs and wants it, no matter what your financial status. Community and movement is imperative to wellbeing!
At Dance Roots we work with the 5 Rhythms model of the wave to ensure an easy take off and soft landing. We always have an extra space holder to ensure a safe as possible space and encourage full expression.

This weeks artist and facilitator is Moving Curiously.
Ali is an embodiment facilitator, somatic therapist and Dj from Scotland and NZ. She lets her knowledge of movement and dance inform her sets, infusing different tempos and rhythms with medicinal bass from around the globe to create an enticing landscape for your limbs to explore in.
A traveller, she know how to journey, both inside and out and will be sure to softly guide you to new and familiar parts of yourself. Holding space is her purpose and bringing high vibing energy to the dance floor is her passion. These spaces are full permission and created for transformation.
