Dance Salon - Workshop

Dance Salon - Workshop is a sister event to the Dance Salon performance evening that is to be held on Jan 7.

Ménage is a trio made up of Colleen Coy, Kimberley McIntye & Viviane Frehner .  The two pieces that Ménage will be performing as part of the Dance Salon evening will feature as movement vocabulary for the this workshop. 

The workshop will be 2 hours of dance exploration featuring
Contemporary technique
Moves across the floor
Improvisation as a tool to explore technique
Ensemble choreography adapted from our two pieces
Clownesque exploration using processes for finding playful exchange in trio's

It will be fun and accessible workshop for community movers and professional groovers, theatre nerds and lovers of dance.

Colleen, Kimberley & Vivi have a wealth of combined dance history that they bring to this workshop . Their co-facilitation means three times the inspiration as they weave and share their choreography and ways of working together, with their different skill sets in ballet, contemporary and improvisation techniques.
