What a year!!!! Please join me to reconnect, shake it out, take some time, or do whatever it is you feel you need right now.

I found the 5Rhythms 15 years ago in London and I've been dancing ever since. I'm a meditation and creativity facilitator and a 5 Rhythms Teacher in Training.
