Join us at Dance Temple Newtown for 5Rhythms, a transformative embodied movement practice to find our fluidity, to express, release, connect to our heart and all the threads that make us who we are.
No dance experience necessary, no fancy steps to l earn – just you and your unique dance and a connected community.

We are holding the dance with much care and ask you to read the following information:

Your booking for the class and attending indicates you are fully aware of the current state of the pandemic and NSW health regulations
It is expected you will self-manage and take good care of yourself and others
Class size will be limited
Please sanitise hands prior, during and at the end of class
Wearing a mask is not necessary however if you feel to please do so
As much as possible try to keep a 1.5m distance from others
Please DO NOT attend if you have the slightest signs of cold or flu
Please DO NOT attend if you have been a close contact with someone with COVID

Strip away the mind chatter and give yourself the space to connect to yourself and your creativity, to feel alive, present without effort, and full and empty at the same time. 5Rhythms is a dynamic movement practice that ignites creativity, connection, and community. Its a simple yet powerful practice that explores the territory between the head and the feet. As we drop into our body, listening and moving with the body's impulses, we come home to our essence.

Sue Andersen has been practicing Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms since 2008 and completed her teacher training in 2016.
