Strip away the mind chatter and give yourself the space to connect to yourself and your creativity, to feel alive, present without effort, and full and empty at the same time. 5Rhythms is a dynamic movement practice that ignites creativity, connection, and community. Its a simple yet powerful practice that explores the territory between the head and the feet. As we drop into our body, listening and moving with the body's impulses, we come home to our essence.

Sue Andersen has been practicing Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms since 2008 and completed her teacher training in 2016.
