“Waves move in patterns. Patterns move in rhythms. A human being is just that—energy, waves, patterns, rhythms. Nothing more. Nothing less. A dance” G. Roth

Strip away the mind chatter and give yourself the space to connect to yourself and your creativity, to feel alive, present without effort, and full and empty at the same time. 5Rhythms is a dynamic movement practice that ignites creativity, connection, and community. Its a simple yet powerful practice that explores the territory between the head and the feet. As we drop into our body, listening and moving with the body's impulses, we come home to our essence.

Sue Andersen has been practicing Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms since 2008 and completed her teacher training in 2016. She is excited to share the 5R Waves map, supporting people to return again and again to their body, to explore and express their unique dance and to discover the freedom and aliveness that comes when we surrender our minds to our feet, to the dance.Keep in touch with Sue's other Sydney 5Rhythms classes and workshops by joining URBAN WAVES https://www.facebook.com/URBAN-WAVES-5Rhythms-dance-with-Sue-Andersen
