Step into the Dance Temple for our final gathering of DT this year - a dance of integration, alchemy, and belonging.

Through the journeys of earth, water, fire, and air, we have been grounded, softened, ignited, and expanded. Now we meet in the ether - the sacred field that connects us all - to alchemise what has moved through us into embodied wholeness.

This is the alchemy of being, the weaving of many threads into one golden tapestry.

A remembrance that we are not separate, but expressions of one great life force moving through different forms.

Together, we move as the Sacred We - one body, one breath, one field - anchored in presence, alive with connection, and radiant in unity.

Come to move, to witness, to be witnessed.

Come to remember our Common Unity.

WHAT TO EXPECT

6:00PM - Doors open for gentle arrival, connection, exploration of the space and a blessing on arrival.

6:30PM - We meet into circle with Cacao to prepare our Temple Bodies. From here the music and movement journey begins with your guide and DJ - Natasha | Lioness.

8.45PM - We close with integration and shared supplied kai to nourish body and spirit.

Dance Temple is a sacred act of co-creation -
between body and soul, sound and silence, self and source.

It is a ceremony of liberation. A dance of remembrance.
A space where movement becomes medicine and presence becomes prayer.

We gather in common{unity},
moving with curiosity, play, and presence.

We return to the wisdom of the body, to what is ancient and true.

The space is slow, spacious, and sensual -

Lovingly held and supported by Temple Keepers all weaving their magic into the co-creation of each offering and facilitating individual offerings.

Our Temple Keepers have all trained in Somatic Dance with Sarsha Hope and Stephen Blase within Somatic Dance International - This means we have collectively over a 1000hours of experience from training and assisting, and also holding our own individual spaces.

What is Somatic Dance?

Somatic Dance is an invitation to move freely - no matter your age, experience, or rhythm. It’s a space to express, release, and return to yourself through movement, music, and presence.

Here, we dance to feel - not to perform.
You’ll be gently held in a container that encourages deep listening to your body, emotions, and energy. There are no right steps - only your steps.
Come as you are. Move as you feel. Every cue is an invitation, never an obligation

This is not your average dance class.
No choreography. No pressure. Just pure, embodied exploration.
