Dance Therapy Pride Party - Y2Gay 2nd Birthday Celebration | Sydney Queer Dance Event

Dance Therapy turns TWO and we're going full Y2Gay. A two hour queer movement celebration at Universal Sydney on Oxford Street, Darlinghurst. Free welcome drink at Aunty's after class. Prizes, surprises and Zara Larsson energy. Saturday June 13th, 4:30pm.

Are you feeling beautiful, fly, hot and sexy? 🔥

Dance Therapy is turning TWO and we're celebrating with a Y2Gay birthday party at Universal Sydney on Oxford Street, Darlinghurst.

This is not a regular class. This is two hours of queer joy, movement and community - Y2Gay themed, fully committed to the joy and open to all. And then straight downstairs to Aunty's for a free welcome drink and 30% off Korean fusion food on Oxford Street.

Joy is better shared. Whether dancing or eating, it's better with your people.

What is Dance Therapy?

Dance Therapy is a weekly group movement session in Sydney that uses music and movement to support your emotional, social and physical wellbeing. It works because stress and tension live in the body, not just the mind. Movement gives it somewhere to go. 90 minutes later people leave lighter, warmer and more themselves than when they walked in.

What to expect at the 2nd Birthday

✅ Two hours of Y2Gay birthday movement and celebration

✅ Y2Gay theme - dig out the early 2000s outfits, Zara Larsson bangers incoming

✅ Prizes including vouchers, free tickets and free beverages

✅ A free welcome drink at Aunty's Korean fusion restaurant after class

✅ 30% off your entire Aunty's bill - Korean fusion food made for sharing

✅ A room full of Sydney queers fully committed to the joy

✅ That familiar post-class feeling... but make it birthday

It's giving Lush Life. It's giving Euro summer. It's giving two years of queer joy on Oxford Street Sydney.

After the party - celebrating with @auntys_sydney

Your ticket includes a free welcome drink at Aunty's, the Korean fusion restaurant right here at Universal Sydney on Oxford Street Darlinghurst. Born from a longing for those neon-lit nights where time feels elastic - Aunty's brings the heart of Seoul to the soul of Oxford Street.

Stay on after class and enjoy 30% off your entire bill. Honey garlic fried chicken, Korean hot pot, sharing plates and saucy gossip. Great food is better shared. Especially after dancing with your people during Pride Month.
