Dance with Abandon

Open floor dance session for people from all walks of life. Wake up healthy Sunday morning and move like it's midnight. 

I mix a selection of music including modern classical, organic electronic, deep house, trance, minimal techno and more. The music is melodic, ambient, deep. It will start slow and light, build to a heavy peak, and then ease to an uplifting close.

You can lay down, stretch, walk around, dance, take a break outside if you need. The floor is yours. Let go and have the music evoke you.

Tickets limited to 15, first Sunday of every month.

The space:

Haiku Arts & Yoga Studio is an intimate multi-use arts and yoga space. The floor is fitted with Japanese tatami mats - perfect to dance on.

Things to note:

• Please arrive 10 minutes early
• No outside shoes in the space
• Sign in using the contact sheet
• Maintain physical distancing

All are welcome. Mothers, fathers, professionals, free spirits, teenagers, queenagers. May not be suitable for children.
