With Sophie, explore The Work That Reconnects - inspiring and dynamic group work drawing on ancient and new teachings, spirituality and deep ecology. Living in these times of uncertainty and ecological crises can be isolating and overwhelming. Yet we are also alive at a time of great possibility.

Engaging the body, mind, heart and soul, the practices include nature connection, guided and sound meditations, creative exercises and ceremonial circles.

Journeying through the spiral of The Work That Reconnects, there is the opportunity for honouring both our love and pain for the world, while deeply exploring where we feel connected and find meaning, so that we can discover opportunities for collective healing and feel empowered in our actions.
