As we approach the Summer Solstice a special magic hovers in the air.

The Sun is full and abundance is everywhere in nature.

It’s time to give thanks and celebrate what is peaking in us.

Gratitude unfolds when you open your heart and become aware of the goodness inside you.

We will practice expanding the heart as if it could hold the radiance of the sun. As we make the heart a home for that radiance, we can cultivate and care for it every day of our lives

Open Floor Dance uses the body as a resource to support the expression of heart/mind/spirit.

This is an opportunity to dance your most expansive self in a safe, held space and a community of Heart Dancers.
