With this Dance Workshop, you will be guided so you can 'take ownership' of who you are in that moment and surrender to your innate healing powers. Joy and Playfulness are an obvious part of the experience!

As as Spiritual Healer and Ecstatic Dance Mentor/Facilitator, my intention for you is to realise that your journey is perfect as it is, even if you do not see it that way all the time.

In order to create the best possible future, it is necessary to be fully okay with the here and now. We can not shift ourselves to another reality or open ourselves to a new version of the Self, if we have not accepted and dealt with our past and present experiences.

This Dance Workshop is a way to explore your Self, and deepen you ability to feel free on a dance floor and in your daily Life.

I would love for you to leave in a trustful state, knowing that you can feel empowered and free no matter what happens in your Life. This state provides the basis for your manifesting practices.
