Dance Your Qi© is a Somatic Dance practice that was developed by Michelle Locke of Wu Tao Dance. It is a blend of Qi Gong and Dance, creating movements that bring flow and flexibility to your body. Kristen, of Carinyah Qi Gong is thrilled to present this series of classes in order to gain certification as an instructor. This is suited to all levels of ability.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and water bottle

Kristen is a 350+hr certified Qi Gong Instructor based in Thornlie, Perth, WA. She is also a registered Remedial Massage Therapist offering a range of Eastern therapies from her home practice. Kristen runs regular classes in the City of Gosnells and enjoys bringing people together in peace and unity to experience this beautiful energy healing practice.
