DANCEmandala is a guided movement meditation that invites you to come home to your body, release tension, and reconnect with your inner self. Set to a rich and uplifting soundscape, this practice supports you to move freely, intuitively and in a way that feels nourishing and true for you.

There is no choreography and no right or wrong way to move. Just music, space, and an open invitation to be with whatever is alive in you.

About this session – Ground & Glow

This session begins with gentle grounding practices to help you arrive fully in the moment, connecting with your breath and body. From this foundation, you will be guided into deeper, more expressive movement that invites your inner glow to rise and shine.

Whether you are new to movement meditation or have danced many times before, you are welcome.

We dance on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month, with each session offering a different theme to meet the season, the energy and the needs of the group.
