A welcoming and non-judemental space to move and dance freely.


We will be dancing at Rous Mill Hall, Ballina Shire. The room is a beautiful container to hold sacred space, with low light and a peaceful atmosphere. We love dancing with our heart-centred dance community. Please join us!

DANCEmandala is a transformational practice that integrates movement meditation and freeform dance. It's a method for self-discovery and encourages us to show up and move authentically and with awareness on the dance floor and through life.

With gentle guidance, the dance takes us on a journey from the gross physical body into the realm of emotion, heart space, inner wisdom, joy and focused mindfulness.

We dance between soft and dynamic rhythms and sounds, breath, movement and stillness, and we always flow towards greater balance.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. You're also welcome to bring a yoga mat if you prefer to use one when lying on the floor. A light fruit refreshment will be provided after the dance.
