Embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery as Transmute Breathwork presents an innovative fusion of transpersonal Breathwork and conscious dance/movement modalities. Facilitators Joshua and Amber invite you to a ceremonial exploration of body, breath, dance, rhythm, and the pure joy of shaking it loose.

Delicately blending the power of conscious-connected breathing with the liberating essence of dance, this unique event provides a sacred space for growth, expansion, healing and profound transformation. Move from the inside out, connecting breath to body and spirit, fostering a deep sense of presence and embodied freedom and space to groove it.

Healing and growth do not need to be serious or earnest. We can expand and grow as humans through breathing into and moving with the shapes of our relationship to ourselves and life. When we move from the inside out we reshape our lives one dance at a time.

Participants will be guided through conscious-connected breathing, body awareness and breath lead movement to enter an altered state of consciousness that allows for the exploration of energy, authentic expression, memories, feelings, movements, and sensations from the subconscious, amplifying the potential for release, reframing, and deep integration. All to the beat of a boot scootin, bum shaking, heart pumping playlist.

Transmute Breathwork embraces a trauma-sensitive and invitational approach, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for participants to explore their experiences as they arise during the session. No prior experience is necessary.

Breathwork is NOT suitable for:

Individuals with cardiovascular problems, pregnancy, some psychiatric conditions, psychosis, recent surgery or fractures, acute infectious illness, or epilepsy.
Those with severe hypertension, glaucoma, or experiencing active spiritual emergencies.

The Facilitators:

Both Amber and Joshua are highly qualified one-on-one and group breathwork practitioners. In addition, they are Holistic Psychotherapist. They are registered practitioners with the Australian Breathwork Association and the International Breathwork Foundation. They are both committed to safe, ethical and inclusive offerings. They have offered Transmute Breathwork in Canberra since 2018.

About Amber from Body Being:

Amber’s passion is using Breathwork to support people to connect with their inner nature, to come home to themselves, digest the pain of the past, reclaim their sense of belonging and find space to live a self-loving, vital, conscious and whole life. Amber offers a heart centred practice bringing warmth, gentleness with power and passion to support people to navigate their inner terrain. She has a background in working with the body, heart & soul through Holistic Psychotherapy and Counselling, embodied movement practices, meditative arts, deep immersive retreats, conscious dance modalities, energy work, nature connection and holistic health coaching. About Joshua from Transition Breath:

Joshua is a transpersonal breathwork practitioner and holistic psychotherapist, offering individual and group sessions. His approach supports participants to explore and integrate all aspects of their being, including the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. Joshua has travelled extensively to broaden his understanding of breathwork and other altered-state practices. He draws inspiration from a variety of modalities, including: rebirthing breathwork; Holotropic breathwork; Vipassana meditation; bioenergetics; nature-based shamanic processes such as Vision Quests and plant medicine ceremonies.
