A joyous celebration of life on the dance floor, to be in the moment moving in which ever way you wish, to be in community as you express and release, ground and uplift your spirit to ecstatic states, alcohol, drug and smoke free.

Simply getting high on life, 2021 here we come!

Dancing Dhevas invite you to go a little deeper into your dance, to not only dance like no one is watching but to dance into your soul, let your internal experience guide your external appearance. Drop the performance, drop the ego, quieten the inner critic and dance your dance with verve and abandon.

Free form dancing brings embodiment, exercise, balances hormones and burns cortisol (Stress) as well as deepening your breathing and improving the immune.

Moving together in community brings solidarity and grows empathy, compassion and love.

When we dance we can not hate.

Join us for our first dance of 2021, we'll set some intentions and focus dance on manifesting a wonderful year ahead.

No right or wrong and no set moves, open up to a world of possibilities
beyond your imagination, with you, the dance floor and great music.

Dancing Dhevas is a free form practice that invites you to engage in life as
only you can, to move with such authenticity that it liberates the
bubbles of ecstasy.

The ecstatic dance is a process of delving into your own individual, original dance, it is so unique to you and how you move that it can not be reproduced by anyone else. This gives us the freedom from constraints and judgements so we can explode our potential to move until it unleashes the dancer within. The room takes on a different energy as everyone drops into their dance and natural ecstasy is reached.

Come as you are or bring a friend, we share a dance floor of like minded
souls who move as one and celebrate life in all its complexities in one
moment.
