You are invited each month to experience conscious movement with Dancing Freedom Townsville.

Dancing Freedom is a ceremonial conscious movement practice, a moving mediation practice. A space for personal enquiry through movement. You will be facilitated through an elemental soundscape of: earth, water, fire, air and ether, exploring the theme of the month.

The body is intelligent and has its own voice. How often do we listen to what our bodies have to say? How often do we allow our bodies to express themselves without censorship from the self or others?

Conscious movement is the intelligence of the body expressing itself.

You are invited to quieten the mind, and bring awareness to the energy and sensations arising within the body. These arising energies and sensations generate movement. The movement is the expression of your body, of all of your energy bodies. The movement is your dance, and the dance begins to dance you.

You are invited to release stress, tension & unprocessed emotions through movement.

You are invited to experience joy, embodied expression and liberation

You are invited to come as you are, all of you is welcome.

You are invited to Dance Free of your limitations.

Pania Witoko is a Dancing Freedom Facilitator. It is through ecstatic dance practices that Pania discovered her Spirit loves to move & dance! Dancing Freedom has woven together Pania's love of ceremony, qi promoting movement, traditional healing traditions and empowering community into medicine basket that she is excited to share with others.

Pania is a Practicing Alchemist and Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner specialising in Medical Qi-gong, Energetic Trauma Releasing & Restorative Bodywork, Tao-Tantric Sacred Feminine Arts facilitator, Healing Beauty Therapist and Creative Spirit. She has been a Practitioner within the Healing Art for over 25years, and is rapt to offer Dancing Freedom to empower her communities.
