We are continually moving through Cycles, With the recent Eclipse & very strong planetary movement we are entering into a time of great change, of letting go of old paradigms, our dance this month the invitation will be to explore how you flow through the cycles of change.

Dancing Freedom is a Ceremonial Freeform Dance. Dancing through the Elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether.
Diana will guide you through 2 waves through the elements. Everything is an Invitation you can either choose to follow or dance with your own rhythms.
We dance in a sacred container for you to move through anything you would like to release or call in.
Diana holds regular classes in Mona Vale on The last fri of month.
