Dancing Freedom Oct Mona Vale

Dancing Freedom is a Ceremonial Freeform Dance. Dancing through the Elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether. 
Diana will guide you through 2 waves through the elements. Everything is an Invitation you can either choose to follow or dance with your own rhythms. 
We dance in a sacred container for you to move through anything you would like to release or call in.
Diana holds regular classes in Mona Vale on The last fri of month.
