Dancing Freedom is a Free Form Conscious Medicine Dance. Taking you on an Elemental Wave Dance through Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether

. Each element provides a unique lens through which participants can explore their physicality, emotions, passions & spiritual dimensions.

By embracing the elements, dancers are invited to embark on a holistic journey self-discovery & healing with invitations to release limitations, connect deeply to self and others, celebrating the diverse tapestry of human experience.

Ultimately, with the integration of these elemental themes with conscious movement, creates transformation, fostering a space for liberation, connection & authentic connection.
