DANCING FREEDOM - SUMMER SOLSTICE CEREMONY

I am so excited to be able to dance with you IN PERSON again!

At this time of the longest day of the year, an invitation to gather to celebrate the turning of the cycle and the peak of light of the SUN - bringer of light and warmth, our heart's fire, inspiration, all that brings us to joy and celebration of life.

Like our ancestors before us, we gather together in ceremony to honour and move with what we have gathered during this cycle, to shine light into the dark places so that all may be included for integration, wholeness & completion, to celebrate the gifts of what is and move into the future in a good way. In this ceremony we will work with the elements to make space for more beauty, creativity, lightheartedness, connection & generosity to shine through.

All welcome - No dance or art experience necessary

All art materials provided

If you would prefer to use your own art materials please do so

Things to note:

Please be on time - no late arrivals - doors open at 6.15pm & close at 6.45pm - thankyou!

Please bring - an item or flower offering to place on the altar to hold your intentions for the ceremony

Please bring - your own water bottle to stay hydrated

Please wear - clothes you can move in and layers to stay warm or cool as needed. Please no strong fragrances or perfume.

Parking - not the easiest place to find parking, but it can be found! Just allow a bit of extra time for this please

Optional - bring a cushion, yoga mat & shawl or blanket if you wish for your comfort throughout the ceremony

As an embodied leader of creative freedom - an artist, creative therapist and conscious movement teacher - I love to guide people into a more loving relationship with their body, to inspire gratitude & wonder for all the many expressions of life, and to assist people and communities in developing strong foundations of connectedness, kindness and integrity.
Caitlin is a fully qualified & well experienced Dancing Freedom facilitator, Open Floor teacher and sacred circle space-holder.

COVID SAFETY -

Please do not attend if you have any cold or flu symptoms.

Please wash hands and use hand sanitiser.

Physical distancing & wearing masks is not required but you are very welcome to choose these if you feel to.

Numbers will be kept low, well below 1 person per 4sqm capacity.
