Event description

OPEN FLOOR MOVEMENT PRACTICE IS A LIVELY, SWEATY, FULL-ON DANCE INQUIRY

Dedicated to the art of becoming fully present, rooted,
sensitive, alive & at home in our own skins –
physically, emotionally, mindfully & spiritually.

We will warm up, arrive in our bodies, be creative with our dance and express however we are feeling on the day. Wear loose comfortable clothes, bring water, and prepare to enjoy.
